By the riverside piedra I sat down and cried- by Paulo Coelho

I love philosophy and Paulo’s books have high valued philosophies crafted with great interesting story lines. This is a spiritually uplifting beautiful love story with memorable quotes and offers a lot insight about living life, finding love and following your purpose. If you were torn between love and your beliefs, which one will you choose? And if you could only choose one, can you live life without the other? “Waiting is painful. Forgetting is painful. But not knowing which to do is the worst kind of suffering.” is probably the best quote I came across in this book. This book tells us that all feelings are to be explored, to feel pleasure and pain. The book teaches you about the importance of hope, forgiveness, love, mysteries of life, magic moments hidden in our day to day life.  There is a general misconception that love & marriage is a hindrance for the spiritual progress but real soul mates grow and help each other to grow in spiritual life and this story highlights that. Paulo have an inclination towards Christianity and in this book many places was sounding bit preachy that followers of other religions may find it annoying.
Here goes the book for all the readers..Happy Reading:)
